Piper is the matriarch of our program and she is a very sweet golden momma. She is a beautiful red American Golden Retriever. Her pedigree includes the Rockerin line of field dogs who have competed in Field Trials, Hunt Tests, Agility, and more.

Piper was born in Bandera, Texas on November 8, 2018. She has a playful, friendly personality and that well-known sweet "golden" temperament. Her coat is exceptionally soft with lovely rich dark golden tones. The only thing she loves more than cuddling is to trick you into playing ball with her. And with Piper, there is no bad time to play ball. Sun, rain, snow, and even in thunderstorms - she is always ready to give you the ball so you will throw it just one more time.

Piper passed all DNA checks with the OFA and also received the rating of "Excellent" on her hips from the OFA. Only about 8% of all OFA hip x-rays on Golden Retrievers receive a score of excellent.

Her final litter was whelped in early 2025. Our program will continue with Oakley and Java upon receiving their final health clearances at 2 years of age. Oakley (left) is our young spunky red-headed girl. Like her momma (right), she is a beautiful red American Golden Retriever. Her pedigree includes a wonderful variety of titled field dogs who have competed in Field Trials, Hunt Tests, Agility, and more.

Oakley was the first-born in our 2023 litter right here in our home in Brenham, TX. She has beautiful variation in her mid-length golden coat with lighter shades of golden mixed in with the darker coat. She is a pure field retriever - always ready to work. She loves to snuggle as well, but give her the choice and it's time to work and play as she flies across the field for her mark.

Oakley has already passed her Advanced Cardiac Testing (Echocardiogram) and is scheduled to finalize her OFA tests in September 2025 when she turns two years old to determine her viability to continue our program. Based on her parentage (good breeding practices), she is completely clear of all common genetic variants that may cause health issues for Golden Retrievers.

There's an old saying for siblings... "an heir and a spare." ;)

Java is the youngest female from our 2025 litter. Her pedigree boasts numerous field champions. Our pups are our pets, and as a family, we decided to add her to our program "just in case" genetics don't play nice with Oakley's final OFA tests later this year.

She has quite a ways to go before we can evaluate her potential for breeding (March 2027), but she has already captured our hearts. Knowing her pedigree and health clearances from her parents, we're confident she'll be a great candidate for continuing our program in a few years.
